At Pruffy’s Treats, we are dedicated to ensuring that both you and your cat love our products. If you find that your cat is not entirely pleased with our treats, we offer a flexible return policy to accommodate your needs.
Returns
- Trial Use: We understand that it may take one or two pouches to determine if your cat likes our treats. You can return the product even if one or two pouches have been used.
- Eligibility: If more than two pouches have been used, the product is no longer eligible for a return. To qualify for a return, the item must still be in its original packaging, and at least the majority of the product must be intact.
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure compliance with our returns criteria.
- Approval: If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
